Questions we get asked
How is this different from a diet?
It isn't one. You add one juice to your morning — you don't take anything away. No calorie counting, no forbidden foods, no fasting. Eat your normal breakfast right after if you want to.
Do I need a juicer?
An ordinary blender is enough. A juicer gives a smoother texture, but every recipe was written to work either way, and the guide tells you when it matters.
Will I find the ingredients where I live?
Everything comes from an ordinary supermarket. Two or three of the tropical items are easier to find in a health food shop or online — the guide names substitutes for each one, so nothing stops you starting this week.
How much time does it take each morning?
Five to ten minutes, including washing the blender. That's the whole commitment.
When will I see something?
Most people mention day three or four — usually the way their skin feels before the way it looks. Some notice sooner, some later, and some very little. Skin, sleep and stress all interact, and no guide can promise you a specific outcome.
Which guide should I start with?
Take the free skin quiz — eight questions, ninety seconds — and it will point you to the ritual written for your profile. If you'd rather have everything in one place, the Skin Boost Program includes the full quiz plus the seven-day reset for every skin type.
Can I do this while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Ask your doctor first. Some ingredients here are traditionally avoided during pregnancy, and one recipe carries a specific note — but your doctor knows your situation and we don't.
I have allergies or I'm on medication.
Read the ingredient list before you buy, and speak to your doctor or pharmacist if you take regular medication. Certain fruits interact with certain treatments. Email us if you'd like the full ingredient list in advance — we'd rather answer than have you guess.
What exactly do I receive?
A PDF, by email, within minutes of your payment. Nothing is posted. You can read it on a phone, a tablet or a computer, or print it at home.
My download link never arrived.
Check your spam and promotions folders first — that's where it usually is. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we'll send it again the same day.
Is this suitable for my skin tone?
The recipes come from the Caribbean, from West Africa, from coastal Brazil — kitchens where every shade of skin grew up around the same fruit and the same table. Skin fed from within glows on everyone.
Can I share the guide with a friend?
Your purchase is a personal licence — please don't forward the file. Send them the link instead. It's a small price, and it's what keeps this shop running.
Still unsure? Write to us at CONTACT before you buy — we'd much rather answer a question than process a refund. These are lifestyle and self-care guides, not medical or nutritional advice, and they don't replace a doctor or a dermatologist.
