REFUND POLICY

All JUNAT™ products are digital files (PDF), delivered instantly by email
after purchase. Nothing is shipped.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online
purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not
apply once delivery has started — provided you gave your express consent
and acknowledged losing that right at checkout.

By ticking the consent box before payment, you agree that your download
begins immediately and that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

If you did not tick that box, or if your order was placed before it was in
place, contact us within 14 days at contact@junat.shop  and we will refund you.

WHEN WE REFUND ANYWAY

We will issue a full refund, no questions asked, if:
- the file will not download or open;
- you received the wrong product;
- you were charged twice for the same order.

Write to contact@junat.shop  with your order number. Refunds are issued to the
original payment method within 14 days of us accepting your request.

WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND

Because the file cannot be returned, we cannot refund a guide simply
because you changed your mind after downloading it, or because the results
were different from what you hoped. Results vary from one person to another.
