TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of junat.shop and the purchase of JUNAT™
digital guides. By placing an order you accept them.

1. WHO WE ARE
JUNAT™ is operated by JUNAT, registered in France

2. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Each product is a digital guide in PDF format. Page counts and contents are
stated on each product page. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT
and may be displayed in your local currency.

3. DELIVERY
A download link is sent to the email address you provide, immediately after
payment is confirmed. If it does not arrive within one hour, check your spam
folder, then contactcontact@junat.shop.

4. YOUR LICENCE
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print
and use the guide for yourself. You may not resell it, share the file, post
it online, or reproduce its content commercially.

5. WHAT THESE GUIDES ARE — AND ARE NOT
JUNAT™ guides are lifestyle and self-care content. They are not medical,
nutritional or dermatological advice, and they do not replace consultation
with a qualified professional.

Do not use them as a substitute for medical care. If you are pregnant,
breastfeeding, have food allergies, take medication, or are under medical
supervision, speak to your doctor before changing your diet.

Results vary from one person to another. We make no promise of a specific
outcome.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the moment of purchase
is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we never see
or store your card details.

7. LIABILITY
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms.
We are not liable for how you apply the information in the guides. Nothing
here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW
French law applies. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the
protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. Disputes may be
brought before the courts of Lyon, or you may use the European Online
Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
